Parrish, Brumfield & Associates utilizes a “Team Leader” concept in its approach to all client services.  Each unique client project is driven by the primary focus for the project and assigned a senior consultant “Team Leader” to manage the project based on that focus.  A “Team Leader” has the background, depth of experience, demonstrated talents, and leadership abilities to achieve success for the client. 

While a specific “Team Leader” is responsible for the overall project, other members of PBA’s multi-talented team of consultants may be involved in specific components of designing and delivering the desired end result.  This approach insures quality control, effective coordination, and on-time delivery or execution of every client program or project.

Under the “Team Leader” concept, PBA consultants are often leading several projects while serving as subordinate coordinators for other PBA “Team Leaders.”  This assures clients that they receive balanced coordination of every project or program and equitable distribution of consultant resources to meet the changing and dynamic needs of every client.  Senior consultants are “cross-trained” on virtually every PBA client project or program to insure continuity and excellent management of escalating or changing client needs.  You always have a “specialist” assigned and partnering with you at Parrish, Brumfield & Associates.
