Gilbert E. (Gil) Parrish is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Parrish, Brumfield & Associates.  Prior to founding PBA, Gil served as an executive with BellSouth Corporation for nearly 15 years before moving to the educational leadership arena where he served as Assistant Executive Director of the Georgia School Superintendents Association (GSSA) and Deputy Executive Director of the Georgia School Boards Association (GSBA) for a combined total of 12 years.

Gil has produced some of the most successful corporate and non-profit organization events and campaigns in the country.  His wide range of talents and experience give clients an edge in meeting the challenges of gaining recognition and results for their activities.  An early and nationally recognized leader in the use of the Internet as an effective communications, marketing and teaching tool, Gil has created for clients some of the most innovative programs available anywhere on the World Wide Web.

Archie B. Williams, III is Executive Vice President for Medical and Health Services at Parrish, Brumfield & Associates.   Archie has an extensive background in radiological media design and sales.  He is a global markets specialist and has extensive contacts throughout Europe and Asian markets.

Archie provides both PBA and our clients with a rich insight to global markets.  Having pioneered the introduction of several major health related technology efforts along with medical products in Europe and Asia (along with the USA), he has a keen understanding of the market and communications peculiarities, subtleties and cultural awareness that benefit PBA clients who might be new to those markets.    

Richard Harden is a Senior Technology Consultant for PBA.  Richard also serves as Vice Chairman and Chief Technology Officer of CAPITOLIMPACT.COM (CI), a leading provider of integrated productivity tools for small to midsized organizations that monitor or operate under public policy.  Along with CI Chairman Charlie Hayslett and CI President and COO Andy Paul, Richard and CAPITOLIMPACT.COM deliver on-line applications that enhance the operation and communication between an organization (association, state agency, local government, lobbying firm or other entity) engaged in business that is impacted by public policy and the audience they serve.  Parrish, Brumfield & Associates is proud to represent the CAPITOLIMPACT.COM  and EVENT IMPACT

Richard attended both Davidson College in North Carolina and Georgia State University in Atlanta where he obtained a BBA and his MBA.  In the spring of 1972, then Georgia Governor Jimmy Carter appointed Richard Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Administrative Services. That fall Carter appointed him Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Human Resources.

During the Carter Presidential administration, Richard served as Special Assistant to the President for Information Management and Director of the Office of Administration. It was during this period that he began studying the information needs of people actively involved in the political process and how the various technologies could be used to address these needs.  More. . .   

Glenn Paist is Vice President and Executive Producer for Client Meeting Services at PBA.  Glenn has produced major shows, events and conferences all over the globe.  He has worked with the founder of PBA for more than two decades.

In addition to having produced and directed a wide array of events and meetings throughout his career, Glenn is also an accomplished video producer and, as such, has helped conceive and produce many award winning video projects for clients.

Nannette W. Parrish is Senior Vice President for Organizational Design and Quality Control at PBA.  She brings to PBA over 30 years of experience in creative application of facilities organization, creative design elements, and quality definition and recognition.  Nannette knows what it means to present high quality and above standard elements in all that a client does.  Whether it is sprucing up the office image, assisting senior management with home or office entertaining and décor, or simply helping the client become more organized and efficient in records retention and facilities usage, Nannette has a unique ability to help PBA clients make the most of limited resources and achieve the goal they desire.

Nannette has established herself as one of the most gifted and sought after interior and exterior (landscape) design consultants in the South.  She brings to every client project a sharp focus on the unique results the client desires and the ability to make the finished product a personal or corporate reflection of the client’s personality and culture. 

Robert J. Kaplan is Senior Creative and Graphical Design Consultant with PBA.  He is an award winning Creative Director with over twenty years experience in the advertising and marketing industries. His agency experience includes positions at Pringle Dixon Pringle, Tucker Wayne/Luckie & Company and Spectrum Data Systems.  With these companies, Robert was responsible for creative services, account management and supporting new business.  He has dedicated his career to the development of business computer presentation solutions for marketing and communications.

Robert uses his artistic talents to design and create visual communications for electronic presentations, interactive multimedia programs, trade show kiosks, corporate identity materials, Internet web sites and marketing demonstration disks.  He is well versed in electronic digitization processes for producing hi-resolution scans and photo retouching and restoration.  He has also designed and created corporate logos, magazine advertisements, corporate and product brochures, illustrations and other full color print materials for corporate clients.

His work has been used in event productions, sales presentations, electronic presentations, interactive materials, slides, overheads, videos, hardcopies, photos, print materials, engraved items, vinyl graphics and silk screening, etc.  Robert’s vast client experience includes some of the most formidable graphical design elements in use today.  From logo development to effective PowerPoint presentations and collateral materials, Robert Kaplan knows what it takes to create effective visual messages.
